1, if the machine is more than one station, a circuit switch in each cylinder, each can only open a circuit switch, can open multiple circuit switch, otherwise it will lead to insufficient pressure, slow speed.
2, installed after the mold is inserted into the pipe hole. It is strictly forbidden to carry out air blast when there is no pipe, otherwise it will damage the mould. 3, in the punch hole, if there is no punching on the automatic return, please put down the bottom of the close switch.
4, in the punching half hole, if the hole above does not wear automatically return, please put the middle of the close switch down, if you have rushed to the bottom of the tube, please close the middle of the switch to move up.
5, punching difficult, check whether the needle blade has been passivated, if it has been passivated, please take off the needle down grinding, or to the manufacturers to buy a new needle.
6, hydraulic oil temperature should be controlled between 30 ~ 60 C. When the weather is cold, should first start empty run for a period of time; long time continuous punching, should always check the temperature of overheating; hot summer don't work all day long, to avoid the high temperature at noon time.
7, 10000 hours of work or use after four years (whichever is first), replace the hydraulic oil and check the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump is damaged. |
