1, the hydraulic punching machine tells that if the machine is a number of workstations, each oil cylinder has an oil switch, each time can only open an oil switch to work, can not open multiple oil switches at the same time, otherwise the pressure will not be enough and the speed is slow.

2, the cutting machine tells that after installing the mold, insert the tube to punch. It is strictly prohibited to blank without pipe, otherwise it will damage the mold.

3, the automatic punching machine tells that when the hole is full, if it does not pierce, it will return automatically. Please move the bottom of the proximity switch down.

4, in the half hole, if the upper hole does not flush and return automatically, please move the close switch down. If you have rushed to the bottom of the tube, please move the close switch in the middle.

5. When the shrinking machine tells the punching force, check whether the blade of the punching needle has been passivated. If it has been passivated, please remove the punching needle and buy the new punching needle to the manufacturer.

6, the temperature of hydraulic oil should be controlled at 30~60 degrees centigrade. When the weather is cold, you should start to run the air for a period of time. For a long period of continuous punching, it should be often checked whether the oil temperature is overheated; the hot summer does not work all day, so it is necessary to avoid the high temperature at noon.

7, work 10000 hours or four years later (first come to the right), please replace the hydraulic oil and check the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump is damaged.
