Bus machine operation requires the cooperation of various components in order to work, in the process of operation, some problems need our attention, respectively, from the start-up, bending unit work, shear unit work.

1. Bus Bending Unit Work
(1) Put the "bending work" knob switch on the main operation panel to the working position, and then the "bending work" indicator on the main panel is on.
(2) When the bending unit pedals on the electric door or the corresponding knob, the slider will move forward until it meets the front dead-point electric door and goes to the original form. If the slider holds the foot on the electric door or the corresponding knob in the process of moving forward, the slider will stop.
At this time, if you step on the bus electromechanical door or the corresponding knob, the slider continues to move forward; if you press the "backward" knob on the bending unit panel, the slider returns to the original form and stops.
2. Bus Start-up
(1) Close the air switch in the electrical box.
(2) Put the key switch of "control power supply" to "I" position and control the power supply to be connected. At this time, the "power supply is electrified" indicator on the main panel is on.
3. Bus shearing unit operation
(1) Put the "shear work" button on the main operation panel on the task status, and then the "shear work" sign on the main panel is on.
(2) When the shearing unit pedals on the electric door or the corresponding knob, the slider will descend until it meets the lower dead-point electric door and goes to the lower dead-point. If the foot switch or the corresponding button is grasped during the downward process of the slider, the slider will stop. At this time, if you step on the foot switch or the corresponding button, the slider continues to go down; if you press the "up" button on the panel of the shearing unit, the slider rises to the upper dead point and stops. |
